The fish samples and water samples were collected in monthly regular basis. The biochemical composition like moisture, protein, lipid, carbohydrate and ash were determined following the standard methods. Similarly environmental parameters like temperature, pH, salinity and dissolved oxygen were studied. The highest mean water temperature was observed to be 34.92°C (January 2016 December 2016) and 35.32°C (January 2017 December 2017) in the month of May. The lowest mean water temperature was observed to be 24.31°C (January 2016 December 2016) and 24.40°C (January 2017 December 2017) in the month of October. The highest mean salinity was observed to be 33.50 PSU (January 2016 December 2016) and 32.96 PSU (January 2017 December 2017) in the month of May. The lowest mean salinity was observed to be 21.11 PSU (January 2016 December 2016) and 20 |
