Keeping this fact in mind, the government should create awareness and promote entrepreneurship development in order to solve the unemployment problem. If we take entrepreneurship as a potential career option we have to increase the understanding and awareness level in the conservative society to create potential entrepreneurs from the grass-root level. Lack of job opportunities in the states like Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Assam forcing the natives to move towards southern and western states of India in search of work. The states where clusters of industries have been established are overpopulated by such kind of migrated workforce which allows them to exploit the workers in many ways. On the other hand, workers who are little educated and skilled from the states like Punjab, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Chennai are moving to foreign countries like the USA and UAE to earn a living.
