The study was carried out in the Food Science laboratory of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Post Harvest Technology Laboratory of the Department of Horticulture, Nanotechnology Laboratory in the Department of Plant Pathology, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat during 2016-2019.
