| 520 | __ | |aIn the current perusal, 54 rhizobacterial isolates were segregated by rhizospheric soil and root nodules of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) of Madhya Pradesh, India. Isolated test organisms were characterized morphologically, biochemically and 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Then after, nano-cellulose was prepared from corn cob using mechano-chemical process followed by characterization with Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR). Beneficial PGPRs were encapsulated with prepared nano-cellulose material by applying physical processes. |
