The current research work is all about exploring these opportunities and also to find the awareness of the citizens in this matter. The study highlights on certain questions being put forward to the common mass as well as experts in the field of IT sector regarding the initiatives within the state. The researcher was in an attempt to find the awareness of the citizens of Bhopal city on the IT happening within the state. An attempt was also made to find out the factors responsible for consumer satisfaction with IT sector. The findings suggested that there was more need on IT awareness drive for the citizens of Bhopal. The citizens were well aware of the growing opportunities within the state yet many did not prefer in opting a career in the state. The reasons are put forward for future researches.
