The arrival of service requests at the web browser (Internet) vary as time t varies. There may be burst arrival of service requests under non homogeneous conditions. This situation can be effectively handled in the non homogenous model. The allocation rate of VMs depends on the number of requests at the web browser at that instant with dynamic allocation strategy. |
