| 520 | __ | |aThe growth of mutual funds has been phenomenal. The mobilization of funds by mutual funds has been on the rise since 1964. When mutual fund market was thrown open to the public sector in 1987, private sector in 1993and foreign mutual funds in 2003 the corpus of mutual fund in India had swelled tremendously. The main objective of the study is to find the investors perception of mutual fund. Purposive sampling method is used to collect data. Two hundred respondents from each of the 3 regions of Andhra, Rayalaseema and Telangana which constituted former state of Andhra Pradesh had been selected. A structured questionnaire was given to respondents of the selected regions which consisted of mutual fund questions. |
