It is a well-established fact that these epidermal configurations are distinct for each and every individual In present study, in case of male hypertensives it was observed that increase in whorl (P Value is Highly Significant) and decrease in loop (P Value is Highly Significant) was the most prominent finding in all fingers of both hands of male hypertensives in Bathinda andChamba region. Also, there was increase in vestiges and decrease in open fields on left interdigital area 4 (Lt ID4) in male hypertensive patients of Bathinda region whereas it was not significant on any of the interdigital area in male hypertensive patients of Chamba region. In the present study, in case of female hypertensives it was observed that there is significant increase in whorls (P Value is Highly Significant) and significant decrease in loops (P Value is Highly Significant) in all digits except R1 and L1 of female hypertensive pati
