520__|aA comparative analysis of different programming language is a common topic among software developers and programmers. Recently, there is high demand for programming ethics and hardware and software upgrades. A different original programming language are being established, while existing any one can presently working through various enrichments techniques in term of security upgrade, software update, hardware update, design and implementation. The main study of this work is proposed a comparison of different programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python and Haskell. Several programming languages are categorized into based on primarily three parts: CPU utilization, Memory Utilization andRuntime execution. The comparison result measures are also obtained in environments like distributed system using TCP sockets. Each test was established and proved the best performance among the selected programming languages. This variety of tests is designed using conventional and traditional algorithms in core process
