| 520 | __ | |aThis research study focuses on studying the impact of emotional intelligence on factors affecting productivity, quality assurance, effective communication, decision making and most importantly on the aspect of self- awareness, social-awareness and relationship management amongst the middle level personnel employed in five different firms located in and around Chennai. Nine dimensions were chosen to establish and examine the topic under study. Fifteen hypotheses have been framed on the basis of review of literature and further examination of data was carried out by deploying statistical tools such as t-test, ANNOVA, Chi-Square test, Friedman test, Karl Pearson s Co-efficient of Correlationand Multiple Regression analysis, the results of the study have been validated.
