This paper describes the performance of the reinforced concrete beams strengthened with a thin layer of CFRP laminate over GFRP laminate layer. The special characteristics of Hybrid laminates (Glass and Carbon) make them specifically suitable for repairing and retrofitting existing concrete structural elements. It will be shown that there is noticeable increase in capacity of reinforced beams strengthened by using Hybrid laminates adhesive bonded to the prepared surface of the beams. Three patterns of wrapping followed for the study ie.U-Wrap pattern, Bottom/soffit of the beam throughout its length and at sides of the beam for the entire length of the beam. Un-strengthened beams ie. Control beams failed at 75
