The ill effect of this compound has been largely investigated in face of growing evidence regarding the relationship between exposure to these compounds and the increase in male reproductive disorders. Plant-derived bioactive compounds interact with the proteins, DNA and other biomolecules to produce the desired outcome especially in the treatment of male infertility. ARGYREIA NERVOSA (Elephant Creeper) is well known for its aphrodisiac potential, but there is a lack of scientific support on its protective role in alcohol-induced reproductive toxicity.newlineThe objective of the present study was to evaluate the protective effect of ARGYREIA NERVOSA on male reproductive tissues changes in ethanol intoxicated male albino rats. The male albino rats were divided into six groups consists of five animals each. Group I - water and pellets; Group II - water, pellet and ethanol with sucrose; Group III - water,
