520__|aThe clinical biomarker which reflects normo, abnormal and pathophysiological state of ovarian function from menarche to menopause is anti Müllerian hormone (AMH). One such condition is ovarian dysfunction like polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and infertility. One of the major causes of infertility in females is PCOS. Besides PCOS, women are also at high risk of various diseases such as metabolic syndrome, dyslipidemia, diabetes, depression, cardiovascular diseases, and sleep apnea. Therefore, evaluation of novel biomarkers is key to counteract these huge impediments. Aim: Therefore, this statistical research focuses on scrutinizing the potential of AMH when used as a PCOS biomarker, to discover its determinants and to assess its correlation with age, AFC, number of oocytes matured, number of retrieved oocytes, and number of embryos and live birth in assisted reproduction technique.
