The presence of inflammatory biomarkers(MMP-8 and RANK-L), red complex micro organisms (P-gingivalis and T-forsythia) were analysed in implant wearers in gingival and peri-implant crevicular fluid This study was carried out on total of 40 patients selected from the outpatient Department of Prosthodontics and crown andbridge, Sree Balaji Dental College and Hospital, Chennai.MMP-8 and RANKL biomarkers were investigated in gingival crevicular fluid and peri implant sulcular fluid to analyze biological seal between implants and soft tissue.The procedure for quantification of MMP8 and RANKL biomarker in tooth and implant was done as described by the reagent kit, My Biosourse Human MMP8 and RANKL ELISA Kit (Sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Quantification) and final quantification reading was obtained using ELISA reader .
