The objective of the thesis is to present the modelling and analysis of DVSI inverter for PV and wind grid connected applications. In wind energy power system network, singly-excited induction generator (SEIG) feeding linear load, Nonlinear load, critical load is discussed. When loads are non linear voltage and current available in load side is non linear, it may cause develops harmonics the power system network. There are two types of harmonics associated with DG units; together they may cause excessive harmonic distortion at the PCC and reduced by LC or LCL filters installed at the inverter output to mitigate harmonics. The second type of harmonics is generated by non linear load and mitigated by advanced control of the DG interfacing inverter operated as PQ conditioner are reviewed and summarized. In SECS, three phase bridge rec
