The present study was aimed to explore the association of inflammation among the patient visited Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Pondicherry, India with metabolic syndrome, diabetic mellitus and hypertension by measuring the oxidative stress bio-markers, enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant levels, inflammatory markers, Nitric oxide levels, cardiovascular risk marker, homocysteine and other biochemical test includes lipoprotein (a), Oxidized LDL (oxi-LDL), Lipid profile, Apo Protein A (Apo (a)) and Apo Protein B (Apo(b)). Result showed there is significant increased in the inflammatory markers, homocysteine, oxi-LDL, Apo (a) and Apo(b) with concomitant decrease in the enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant levels, Nitric oxide results in oxidative stress and endothelial dysfunctio
