This Herbal Silver Nano complex was stabilized by coating it with biodegradable and biocompatible polymer - Poly Ethylene Glycol (PEG). This metal-herb-polymer nano complex or PEGylated Green Synthesized Silver Nanoparticle (PGSN) provides specific cancer cell targeting with long systemic circulation leads to effective treatment. Cancer treatment can target various pathways like Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF), Cyclooxygenase -2 enzyme, Apoptosis induction, Protein kinases and angiogenesis. In which angiogenesis, absence of apoptosis and inflammatory process are playing important role in the promotion of cancer. Enhanced Permeability and Retention effect (EPR) of cancer environment played a major role in passive targeting of cancer site with the help of silver nanoparticle combined with anticancer her
