Aluminum alloys have met extensive recognition in the field of lightweight building construction structures as well as extensive stringency to weightiness ratio. Present day FS welding is usually employed for the joining of aluminum alloys. In this welding methods usually suitable for joining unlike aluminum alloy plates. A non- wearable spinning tool was employed to stimulate heat and plastic deformation among the joining edge of the plates. In this work, flaw free joints of AA7075, AA6063 and AA6101 alloy 6 mm of plate s thickness were butt jointed using FS welding. The FS welding has been done at tool revolving speed of 1000, 1100, 1200 rpm, welding speed of 30, 45, 60 mm/min and axial force of 3, 4, 5 kN on unlike aluminum alloys combinations of AA7075/AA6063 and AA7075/AA6101 by four several tool shapes of straight cylindrical, taper cylindrical, triangle and |
