This has paved the way for using it in the making of polyester nano composite (nPMC) with aforementioned properties. Fabrication and characterization of Nano-composite sheet is carried out using a weight ratio of 30% SiC nano particulates, so as to understand the molecular structure and mechanical behaviour under external load. The synthetic procedure and characterization used in this study has made it possible to obtain SiC nano particles reinforced polyester nano-composite (nPMC) with good thermal strength and chemical homogeneity over the traditional composite. The higher tensile strength of silicon carbide particulates with smaller size increases when placed under heat. SiC particles produced by top down approach which is derived from quartz ore collected in bank of Ponnaiyar river and hillside area of Tamil Nadu, India. Their physical and chemical
