520__|aThe reproductive period of women from menarche to menopause is normally characterized by eumenorrhea and pathologically characterized by oiligomenorrhea and oligomenorrheic with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). The phenotypic expression of the above conditions is the result of interaction between the variables based on genotype with the impact of environmental factors. So the objective of the study is to explore the role of biomarkers, life style factors and anthropometric measurement with ovarian dysfunction. In order to identify the Etiopathogensis of ovarian dysfunction, after getting the institutional ethical committee clearance and informed consent from the participants, this work was divided in to 3 phases. PHASE I: To compare the life style factors, menarche age, menstrual cycle history, BMI, religion, nutritional habit and socioeconomic status in the adolescent age group. PHASE II: The biomarkers related to ovarian dysfunction were assessed between eumenorrheic, oligomenorrheic and PCOS adolescen
