520__|aThe role of traffic management is to avoid congestion of the networks and adaptation of source rates and routing to efficiently utilize the network resources. This appears if the needs of the traffic in a network are larger than the actual capacity of the networks. In Multipath routing, there are many routers, links and paths between the sources and destination. Sometimes, when the data is submitted from source to destination, it takes more time to reach the destination of the communication networks. Here, more bandwidth is required than other paths. This type of issue will be solved easily with the help of TRUMP and LBMP algorithm. Network utility maximization is the allocation of right amount of resources to the nodes of a network in order to maximize an overall utility function. There are many optimization tools like users, routers, operators to solve this problem in a centralized manner.
