Finding disease susceptibility and generating an alert in advance, is valuable for an individual. In this study a new framework is proposed and it is called BASF framework to cover the four aspects to achieve our objectives and the components of this framework and well defined. Our new framework BASF stands for Bilateral Adaptive Multi-resolution Transformation and Assured Convergence PSO FCM (ACPSOFCM) of Feature Extraction Tumor Cell (FETC) algorithm.
