HRM strategies influenced the factors of employee s productivity which have been analysed in a detailed manner in this research. Demographic variables is analysed in a detailed order with respect to the different age group, grade, designation, salary, income, experience etc. In this research study, employees opinion survey played key a role which reflected 10 factors such as holistic approach, motivation ,welfare, training and development career planning and development, employees attitude and behaviour, culture, knowledge and skills, education and for increasing overall productivity, which played significant role to find the impact of employees overall productivity.
