The computing framework also offers different types of utilities to the IT industries. The most complex task to have the ability to find different resources is available at multiple virtual clouds. The proposed work investigates the problem of locating resources which is multi variant in nature. It also used to locate the relevant dimensions of resources which are avail at the same cloud. The Framework addresses the random projection methodology applied on each cloud and discovers the possible resources, the outcome of each iteration updated on collision matrix. All the discovered elements are updated at the Management fabric. This model also enumerates the feasibility on discovering different types of resources available each cloud. In the second work, The Honey bee agent based model will discover the cloud services on multiple levels. The original contr
