Deviations from the ideal gear geometries and unfavorable deformations during operation may cause serious defects called interference. The profile thus generated deviates from the theoretical profile. The removal of the material at the root of the gear tooth results in undercutting, which weakens the spur gear tooth further. In such cases, the practice which is universally adopted ,is known as profile correction or addendum modification. Gear optimizing with advanced calculation program ,with the support of suitable softwares is now available. By means of these. the calculation of any type of gears can be done without any problems. This opens new horizons to improve Gears. My work involves modeling of a gear tooth profile by means of a C-PROGRAM for the development of the standard tooth and a profile correc
