During few decades modified drug delivery system in form of multiparticulates has gain wide importance due to its advantages over conventional dosage forms. So, the plan of current study was to devise modified multiparticulate oral drug delivery systems of Salbutamol sulphate and Gliclazide by use of different techniques with diverse approaches. The Salbutamol sulphate pellets were prepared by solution layering technique and extrusion spheronization techniques, while Gliclazide pellets were prepared only by extrusion spheronization technique. Then the prepared pellets were filled into capsules, as final dosage form. The resulting pellets were evaluated for different in vitro and in-vivo evaluation parameters like drug content, pellet size, drug release, and morphological studies. From the studies it revealed that Eudragit polymers like Eudragit RSPO, Eudragit NE 30D as well as pectin can be u
