An efficient framework for analyzing image objects is mainly based on color, texture and shape. In addition, the size of the object, length of the shape, separation of the shapes of object, connectivity and other qualitative behavioral aspects of the shape are important features. However, shape is a prominent and basic feature used to describe image content for analyzing, recognizing and classifying objects.
