Mizoramnewlineis the second smallest state in population size in India, but it has the highest adult HIVnewlineprevalence rate since 2017. In this context, the present study aimed to examine thenewlineburden of HIV/AIDS in India and the supply response of providing HIV/AIDS servicesnewlineby the vulnerable state, Mizoram. The study employs a top-down approach by lookingnewlineat the problem at all India level and examining the data for possible solutions at thenewlinemicro-level in Mizoram State, applying quantitative analysis. Primary and secondarynewlinedata were used in the analysis.
